CEO and operator Arnfinn Berg (b: 1956)

The company was founded in 1989. Arnfinn has a background from sales and management within media and advertising. He has since the mid 1990’s been a consultant for businesses worldwide. He has a degree in marketing communication and is educated in psychology and consumer behaviour.
DISC or CUT-E are used as analytical tools.

We have experience working in Ghana, Singapore, China and India and many European countries. These jobs have been performed for both Norwegian and global companies of varying sizes. Courses are held in Norwegian or English.
